On the auspicious occasion of the 75th birthday celebration of Respected Shri Ramsheth Thakur Saheb, Chairman of JBSP Sanstha, a Motivational Lecture for Teachers was organized by Changu Kana Thakur Higher Secondary Vidyalaya, New Panvel under the guidance of Respected Principal Mr. Prashant More Sir, Supervisor Mr. Ajit Sonawane Sir (Arts and Commerce), and Supervisor Mrs. Swati Patil Madam (Science) on 2nd August 2025.
The programme began with a warm welcome to all dignitaries and attendees, anchored gracefully by Miss Yogita Jori, followed by an inspiring lecture delivered by the renowned speaker Mr. Prashant Deshmukh, widely known as Shiv Vyakhate.
Mr. Deshmukh is a celebrated orator known for his eloquence and melodious voice and he has left a remarkable impact through his lectures across Maharashtra and beyond. He has been honoured with several prestigious awards, including:

His motivational speech on the topic “*Words bring positive changes in our lives”*emphasized the power of communication, urging teachers to be conscious of the words they use, as they can deeply influence students confidence, emotional growth, and academic performance.

• Mr. Deshmukh beautifully illustrated how words act as seeds once sown into a child’s mind, they grow and shape their outlook towards life.
• He shared real life examples and narrated several impactful stories from the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, emphasizing how effective and empowering communication played a critical role in leadership, motivation and transformation.
• Through his unique oratory style, he motivated teachers to build meaningful connections with students by speaking with compassion, respect and purpose.
• The session also highlighted how teachers encouragement can spark hidden potential in students, especially when conveyed through sincere, thoughtful words.
Teachers from both secondary and higher secondary sections were present for the programme and were highly impressed and inspired by his powerful and emotionally resonant speech.
