Physics Department of Janardan Bhagat Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha’s Changu Kana Thakur Secondary and Higher Secondary Vidyalaya, New Panvel conducted PHYSICS QUIZ COMPETITION for 11th Science students, under the guidance of respected Principal Mr. Prashant More Sir, Supervisor Mr. Ajit Sonawane Sir (Commerce and Arts), and Supervisor Mrs. Swati Patil Madam (Science) On Wednesday day, 3rd December 2025.
The purpose behind this activity was to motivate students for learning, assess knowledge, develop a wide range of soft skills in an engaging and interactive environment,
Enhancing Critical Thinking Problem-Solving skills and
Building Confidence and Self-Esteem. Total 61 students in 15 different groups participated in PHYSICS QUIZ COMPETITION
During this activity we categorised quiz in four rounds namely, MCQ,Identification of Scientist’s Photos, Identification of Physics Instruments and Problem Solving. All the students responding nicely during activity with full of excitement and enthusiasm.
The activity have been conducted smoothly with full of excitement and entertainment. Among all the participating groups three groups were selected as a winner
XI S8 (Group 11) (1st Rank)
XI S6 (Group 6) (2nd Rank)
XI S5 (Group 15) (3rd Rank)
Overall, Today’s Physics Quiz Competition was a grand success.
