On Friday 17th October 2025, a Seminar cum Guidance Lecture was held at Changu Kana Thakur Secondary & Higher Secondary Vidyalaya, New Panvel. The seminar was organized by the Commerce Department under the guidance of Principal Mr. Prashant More, Supervisor Mr. Ajit Sonawane (Commerce & Arts), and Supervisor Mrs. Swati Patil (Science), Hon. Head Master. Shri Kailas Satre Sir was also present for the occasion.
The aim of the seminar was to provide students with relevant information about the How to effectively prepare for the upcoming HSC Board Examination. The seminar was attended by students from all divisions.
The program was effectively carried out for 1 hours and 30 minutes. The resource person for the session was Miss. Bhumi Gamare (Ex-student of C.K.T. Junior College, New Panvel, Commerce Stream). She gave an elaborate introduction to the various topics and content of the various subjects, suggesting different ways and ideas on how to score maximum marks in all the subjects.
At the end of the session, students cleared their doubts by asking various questions related to the subject. Mrs. Pallavi Chandorkar Mam senior teacher of our college also gave some instructions and important information to be borne in mind while appearing for the board examinations. The program concluded with a vote of thanks.
All the students were highly motivated and inspired. It was a very informative day for both the students and faculty members who attended the session.
