On Tuesday, 14th October 2025 , Extra Co-Curricular Committee in collaboration with the IT Department of Changu Kana Thakur Junior College , New Panvel, organized the Taluka Level Blind Coding Competition under the guidance of Principal Mr. Prashant More Sir ,Supervisor Mrs.Swati Patil Madam and Mr.Ajit Sonawane Sir.
The program began with a warm welcome and an introductory address by Principal Mr. Prashant More Sir , who also conveyed his best wishes to all the participants. The Chief Guest for the event was Mr. Swapnil Thakur , (Member of J.B.S.P. Sanstha )
The Chief Guest, Mr. Swapnil Thakur in his speech, encouraged the students, gave them his best wishes, and appreciated all the participants and the organizers. He also suggested conducting such competitions again and again to enhance students’ coding skills.
The programme was further graced by the esteemed presence of dignitaries —

Mr. Santosh Chavan Sir (Headmaster, Secondary Section English Medium),

The competition was judged by Mr. Pravin Pawar (M.Sc.C.S) and Mr. **Sagar Vyavahare(M.Sc.C.S.UGC-NET)
A total of 15 colleges participated in the event, with 50 students competing enthusiastically, showcasing their programming knowledge and creative thinking.
The rules and regulation of the competition were explained by Mrs.Sheetal Patil Madam .
Mrs. Swati Deshmukh Madam (MNM T.N. College, Gahvan ) appreciated the programme and praised the excellent planning and organization of the event.

The event concluded successfully with a sense of pride and accomplishment. The competition provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their coding talent and strengthen their problem-solving skills .
The smooth flow of programme was ensured by the anchor Mrs. Aparna Mukane Madam whose engaging presence kept the audience connected throughout the event.
